Our website is set up to take orders through a secure online shopping cart which collects customers credit card numbers securely. The orders
are then processed at our warehouse. Customer's credit cards are
processed on the day the order ships. If there are any questions

Size Information
All our garments are designed to be used in an active layering
system. Keeping this in mind, we have designed garments to have
an athletic fit; which means that our garments don't have a lot
of extra room in the midsection compared to many other companies.
This cut allows one to layer without creating that dreaded "big
gut" look. We have also made our sleeve & inseam lengths a little
longer than the norm to accomadate those that need the length
but not the size. Please refer to the following sizing chart to
find what size is right for you. Please contact us if you have
any questions about choosing the right size. If you need a custom
size or an alteration of a previousely purchased Crestone Designs
garment, just contact us and we will be glad to service your request.

Finding Your Size
Arms-Bend elbow gently, then measure form center of back of neck out
to point of shoulder, down to back of elbow, and forward to wrist.
Chest-Measure fullest circumference, keeping tape up under arms and
across shoulder blades.
Hips-Stand with feet together and measure at fullest circumference.
Inseam-Measure inner leg from crotch to below ankle bone.
Neck-Meausre circumference at base of neck.
Waist-Measure at narrowest circumference.
Length-Measure from center of back of neck to just below your waist
along the length of you back. The above measurements indicate
the length of our jackets.

Return & Exchange Policy
All our retail sales is backed by no hassle return and exchange
policy. If the item is returned within 15 days of purchase and
is in new and unused condition, a full refund can be issued or
it can be exchanged for other merchandise. If it is returned after
15 days and is in new unused condition, it can be exchanged for
other merchandise or a store merchandise credit can be issued.
All items that need to be returned, have to be issued a Return
Authorization number. You will need to call to get this number.

Warranty Information
All our garments carry a warranty against defects in materials
and workmanship for the life of the product. This warranty does
not cover damage casued by accidents or improper care, nor does
it cover natural breakdown of materials. Any item that you feel is a warranty issue, please call and get
a RA# and we will take care of the problem. We will either repair
the item or replace it for you at our discretion.
